Booking
Bookings are made directly with the host — by phone, Viber or the inquiry form.
A direct booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from the host (SMS, Viber or email) stating the apartment, the dates of your stay and the final price. Sending an inquiry is not a booking in itself.
Prices and payment
The standard rate is €59 per apartment per night. Longer stays get a lower nightly rate: 3–4 nights – 5%; 5–6 nights – 10%; 7+ nights – 15%. Discounts cannot be combined, and for extended stays we make a tailored offer.
The price shown by the website calculator is approximate. The final price and the payment method and deadline — including whether a prepayment is required — are stated in the booking confirmation. Tourist tax is due under the Pleven Municipality ordinance; the confirmation states whether it is included in the price.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is after 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Check-in is self-service via a key box. Instructions for entering the building and the apartment are sent only to guests with a confirmed booking.
When you leave, please return the key to the same box. If you need an earlier check-in or a later check-out, ask us — it may be possible depending on the apartment’s bookings.
Cancellations and changes
The cancellation terms — including whether and until when a prepayment is refundable — are stated in the booking confirmation. If you have not made a prepayment, cancelling costs you nothing; we only ask you to let us know as early as possible by phone or Viber so we can release the dates.
Changing your dates or apartment is possible subject to availability — just contact us.
During your stay
Guests agree to take good care of the apartment, respect quiet and order in the building and not exceed the agreed number of guests. You receive the full house rules together with the check-in instructions.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its furnishings during their stay.
